This program will address disaster planning, cybercrime prevention, the use of email tracking tools, and ethical obligations regarding advising clients about their own use of technology, to include participation in the social media space. It will begin with the playing of an 11 minute video vignette entitled “The Bar Report,” which will setup a few ethical issues that Mr. Bassingthwaighte and his guest claims attorney will then discuss.
